ZZGB25 active flameproof device for coal mines

Article 186 of the Coal Mine Safety Regulations: “Mines with coal seams with coal dust explosion danger must have measures to prevent and isolate coal dust explosions. ……” At present, the underground roadway mainly uses mechanical explosion-proof devices, explosion-proof water tanks, explosion-proof water bags, rock powder sheds, etc. for explosion-proof protection, all of which belong to passive explosion-proof facilities. The active explosion-proof device for coal mine is a device that relies on the advanced detection of explosion information after the explosion occurs, and sprays flame-suppressing agent through the explosion-proof device to form an explosion-proof barrier and prevent the spread of explosion. This device adopts active detection of flame and shock wave pressure signals, and automatically sprays ultra-fine dry powder fire extinguishing agent, which can realize “active” suppression of flame combustion, isolate the spread of gas explosion, and effectively realize coal mine safety.
