ZYBRG14/2 Gas Pipeline Transportation Carbon Dioxide Explosion Suppression Device

The ZYBQG14/2 gas pipeline gas explosion suppression device (hereinafter referred to as the “explosion suppression device”) is installed on the pipeline with gas and dust combustion or explosion hazard. When a gas combustion or explosion accident occurs, the flame signal and the explosion shock wave signal are identified through the sensor, and after the explosion suppression controller receives the fire signal, it instantly sends out the control driving signal to trigger the action of the explosion suppressor, and the explosion suppressor quickly sprays carbon dioxide powder, heptafluoropropane or perfluorohexanone fire extinguishing medium to extinguish the flame in the initial combustion or explosion propagation process, and has the function of inhibiting the flame combustion and further propagation of the explosion flame. It is suitable for gas transmission pipelines, evacuation pipes, and gas transmission pipelines for power generation, and can quickly extinguish the explosion flame, suppress the explosion to a minimum range, and reduce disaster losses.

The device can be operated in the underground pipeline environment of coal mines with explosive gases such as methane and coal dust, and is used in the environment with gas and dust combustion or explosion hazards, and is widely used in coal mine gas transmission pipelines.
