    Product Brief Description

    In order to ensure that the gas conveying system works within the set pressure range, a safety protection device is designed when the pressure of the gas extraction pipeline exceeds the set safety value, the release valve automatically releases the overpressure medium, so as to achieve safety protection. According to the size of different pipe diameters and different user pressure requirements, different specifications of wet release valves can be selected.
    In order to ensure the safe operation of the water ring vacuum pump in the coal mine and the work of the whole conveying system within the set pressure range, a gas wet safety release valve is set on the main pipeline of the conveying system. When the pressure of the pipeline of the conveying system increases, the water surface of the inner jacket decreases and the water surface of the outer jacket rises. When the water surface of the inner sleeve is lowered to expose the lower edge of the inner sleeve, the gas is emptied through the water overflow. The system pressure can be adjusted by changing the amount of water in the dispenser. Remote control via PC is possible via the level transmitter. The evacuation of the gas is released into the air by means of water, so the dispersor can isolate the possible ignition sources from the outside from the gas inside the system and achieve safe release.
